Everyone ask me all the time, "When is your husband getting here?" Well to be honest I don't really know. The way they told me that it works is that there is a 5 month waiting period before they look at your case and then they will finally send your a list of things they need from you, also know as an I-797. Well we filed at the end of February and will soon hit our 5 month mark. Oh I hope that they are ready for the storm that is a waiting wife who hasn't been with her husband for 5 months. One thing though is that we have prayed and fasted that my husband will get here by the end of November as he will have finished his second degree for his university study.
There are a lot of emotions that I have at this time including; anger, frustration, sadness, joy and fear. One thing that I have learned though is that it is impossible for me to live without this man. He is my rock and my one and only. I will love him and want to be with him for eternity that I know for sure.
